With live generated digital image and sound, the live cinema piece PassiFlora tells a story that expresses concern about degeneration of organic life caused by electromagnetic pollution. Because scientific research in this area is still going through heavy critique within and outside of scientific circles, this work attempts to shed light on new upcoming theories that view natural electromagnetic fields not as mere electronic background noise, but as guiding forces for the growth and development of organisms.
